I’m all about buying fun gear and the idea of being prepared, but it does seem that most “preppers” prepare their bags for the end of the world. I think it’s much more realistic to evaluate your personal situation where you live and where you work, and what disasters (most likely natural) you are susceptible to. Prepare yourself for those situations- tornados, flooding, fire, hurricanes, etc. I think it’s a much better use of your money and time.
