I always find it amazing when I go out to a business to rekey the locks, & the MOD is completely clueless to the fact that they’re even getting the locks changed. After I inform them that someone called it in, they make a few phone calls & find out what’s going on. Isn’t that something that a mgr should probably be informed about? It doesn’t happen ALL the time, but often enough to where it shouldn’t be happening!
