Long story short, my contract ended with Sprint. Before I got a chance to officially call up and cancel it, they extended the contract for another 2 1/2 YEARS!! How do I know? They kindly sent me a letter to let me know of the exciting news! How nice of them. After trying to explain it to the Indian guy who I could barely understand, and who could barely understand me, I finally was able to talk to a very nice lady in account services who spoke perfect English, and took care of my situation in a matter of a few minutes. She agreed and didn’t understand why they would have extended my contract.
