when a business treats an employee, a customer, or a vendor like dirt nowadays, it doesn’t end there. Before internet, if someone was wronged, they spread it around on the phone to all their friends. But now, we have internet. Anyone can google that name & find blog posts, reviews, etc on anyone or anything. So here we go…
Just did a job for Allure Laser Spa in Round Rock. The mgr called us out 2 change the locks, & after I informed her that the key was stamped with a code from a master key system, she had me sit & wait while she contacted management, probably 10-15 min total. Immediately when she found out that she had to wait for management, she quickly informed me that she wouldn’t be able to pay me the $75 service call for me to come out. I called dispatch to see what I should do, she said charge a service call, & at LEAST half of a service call. Of course she complained, & when she realized she couldn’t get it free from me, she called dispatch to sweet-talk them. Fortunately, they stood their ground, & made her pay half. I don’t think $37.50 is enough to throw a fit over, but she hung up on our dispatcher, & was very short with me the entire time. She even admitted to her mgmt that she knew she didn’t follow proper procedure. How are you going to call a company out, make them sit around & put other customers on hold, & expect to pay nothing? Some people are so rude. Her argument was that we should give it to her for free because she’s been to our shop to get a few keys duplicated over the past few years. Wow, you’ve spent a whole $10 on us, huh? Sure! Anything you want, lady!
